- Prevent state and local governments from seeking minority-owned and women-owned businesses to apply for government contracts.
- Outlaw all affirmative action for women and minorities in Colorado including outreach, training and mentoring programs.

Voting Rights
The right to vote is a cornerstone of our democracy. Every citizen deserves an equal voice in electing our leaders and deciding ballot measures. Renewed attempts to restrict access to voting rights must be fought by those who cherish this democratic freedom.

GLBT Rights
Gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and questioning people continue to face unfair discrimination in housing, employment and public accommodation. Citizens Project believes the principle that “all men are created equal” as stated in the U.S. Constitution will never be faithfully upheld while it remains legal to discriminate against people because of who they are. Objections to GLBT civil rights come from religious doctrine, and our nation is founded on laws and principles, not on any particular religious faith.
