Pikes Peak Equality Coalition Community Action Night

Due to the Waldo Canyon Fire, this event will not take place as initially planned. PLEASE READ THE COMMUNITY ACTION NIGHT UPDATE HERE

The Pikes Peak Equality Coalition (PPEC) is pleased to invite you to the PPEC Community Action Night! The Community Action Night provides opportunities to meet people and organizations making a difference in our community and learn how you can make a difference. If you are able, please bring a donation of nonperishable food for Care & Share to help support people who’ve been displaced by the Waldo Canyon fire.

 

Thursday, June 28, 2012
5:30-7:30pm
Imagination Celebration Space at the Citadel Mall
Free and open to the public
Light refreshments provided

 

Participating organizations include: Citizens Project, Women’s Resource Agency, One Colorado, Pikes Peak Justice and Peace Commission, ACLU,  Inside/Out Youth Services, Planned Parenthood,  9to5 National Association of Working Women, All Souls UU Church, Colorado Common Cause, Colorado College-Minority Student Life, Matrix Center, Independence Center, the ARC of the Pikes Peak Region, PFLAG, and others.
