- Downtown Branch (EPC Clerk’s Office) at 200 South Cascade Avenue – Hours: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm; Election Day from 7am to 7pm; Drive-up drop off service on November 5th and 6th.
- North Branch (EPC Clerk’s Office) at 8830 North Union Boulevard – Hours: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm; Election Day from 7am to 7pm; Drive-up drop off service on November 5th and 6th.
- City of Colorado Springs – City Clerk’s Office at 30 South Nevada Avenue, Suite 101- Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm; Election Day from 7am to 7pm
- Town of Palmer Lake – City Clerk’s Office at 42 Valley Crescent- Hours: 8am – 4pm (hours may vary); Election Day from 7am to 7pm
