Evangeline Shnitzer currently serves as Associate General Counsel of Operations and Ethics to the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee where she runs the staff ethics program, advises the human resources division on personnel matters, and counsels the organization on policies, procedures, and compliance. She also supports U.S. Paralympics division operations and accompanies the U.S. Delegation to the Paralympic and Parapan American Games.
Evangeline has a history of dedication to mission-based work. Prior to joining the USOPC, she served as an attorney to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, based in Dallas, Texas. She also regularly volunteers at the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region here in Colorado Springs.
Evangeline is excited to join the Citizen’s Project Board where she hopes to help further its mission to promote equity and inclusion in our Colorado Springs community.
